The new Grand Vitara is longer and wider than the previous model and offers increased interior space for driver and passenger comfort. In addition to extra headroom and more front and rear legroom, the Grand Vitara offers 24.4 cubic feet of storage space with the seats up and 68.9 cubic feet of storage space when the convenient 60/40 split seatbacks are folded forward.

American Suzuki Motor Corporation (ASMC) today announced a specially designed U.S. version of the all-new Suzuki SX4 vehicle is slated to hit dealer showrooms in the United States next year. Production of the European version of the SX4 in Eastern Europe also was announced today. The all-new SX4 features a versatile, rigid five-door design, an available all-wheel-drive system, and for the U.S. market, a sophisticated fuel-sipping 2.0-liter DOHC engine.
A redesigned Swift was announced at the Paris Auto Salon in September 2004. This Swift is intended to compete in the European B segment with the likes of Peugeot 206, Opel Corsa and the Fiat Punto.
